Having been employed in a variety of HR capacities since 1999 Samantha established RedApple HR in 2008 having achieved the role of EMEA HR Director for a global Pharmaceutical company.

With the experience of leading HR teams to deliver HR best practice Samantha was inspired to set up her Consultancy knowing that she could deliver a flexible yet commercially focused HR support to SME’s, focusing on what was really needed to enable business to gain the best from its employees.
